We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know before lodging a return.


 

EOFY SALE NOTICE
All EOFY Sale items are eligible for store credit only, no refunds or exchanges. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for any return or credit. Please choose carefully.


 

RETURN WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return and send your order back to us. Returns lodged or received outside this window will not be accepted.


 

ELIGIBILITY

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items include anything purchased during the EOFY Sale, a flash sale, with a promotional code, or via an automatic discount applied at checkout.

Your statutory rights are always protected. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of sale status.


 

HOW TO RETURN

Lodge your return using the form below. You'll receive a confirmation email once submitted.

Pack your item securely with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Post to the address below using a tracked service. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

POSTAGE COSTS

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for all change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference returns.

If your item is confirmed faulty or not as described, MÙMA will cover your return postage costs in full. Please contact us at customers@muma.world before sending a faulty item so we can arrange this for you.

PROCESSING

Please allow 5–7 business days for your parcel to reach us via standard postal services. Once received, we will confirm your refund, store credit, or exchange eligibility via email within 2 business days.

Non-compliant returns, items that arrive worn, damaged, without tags, or outside the return window, will be declined and sent back to you at your cost.


 

EXCHANGES

We are not currently offering direct exchanges. To swap your size, email customers@muma.world to request a store credit or refund (if eligible), then place a new order in your preferred size.

Size exchanges on sale items are not available. Sale items are eligible for store credit only.


 

SWIMWEAR

Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. This applies regardless of whether the item is full-priced or on sale.
