ONLINE RETURNS

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return and send your order back to us. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are only available on full-priced items. Full-priced items may be returned for a refund, credit note, or size exchange.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Any item marked as “sale” on the product page, or discounted during a flash sale, promotional code, or automatic discount, may be returned for a credit note or free size exchange only.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Items marked “final sale – size exchange only” are eligible for size exchange only, subject to availability. If the required size is not available, the item cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS
Return items that do not meet the conditions above will be declined and returned to you at your cost.

POSTAGE COSTS
For faulty items, return postage is covered by MUMA. For all other returns—including change of mind, incorrect size, or dissatisfaction—postage costs must be paid by the customer.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is deemed faulty, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.

RETURNS PROCESSING
Please allow 5–7 business days for your parcel to reach us via standard postal services. Once received and processed, we will confirm your refund, store credit, or exchange eligibility via email. Please note: Swimwear cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES
We are not currently offering direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please email hello@muma.world to request a refund or credit note, then place a new order. Please note: Swimwear is not eligible for exchange.
