Muma World $1,000 Wardrobe Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Summary
Entrants who complete the Muma World feedback survey during the promotional period will go in the draw for a chance to win a wardrobe valued at AUD $1,000.
The promoter of this giveaway is Muma World ("Promoter", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
The giveaway is open worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway begins Friday 4 September 2026 at 9:00am AEST and ends Monday 14 September 2026 at 10:00am AEST ("Entry Period").
Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the Muma World feedback survey in full via [link] during the Entry Period.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Incomplete survey submissions will not be eligible for entry.
Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Muma World gift voucher valued at $1,000 AUD.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, except where required by law.
The voucher is valid only for purchases at https://www.muma.world/ and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Muma World.
The voucher is valid until 15 September 2029.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
Any taxes, duties, or other charges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all completed survey entries received during the Entry Period.
The draw will take place on 15 September 2026 at 10:00am AEST.
The winner will be notified by email within 1 day of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity and Release
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Promoter from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
By entering, participants agree that their personal information, including responses provided in the feedback survey, will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (https://www.muma.world/pages/privacy).
Data collected will be used for internal business purposes only, including understanding customer purchasing behaviour, and will not be shared with third parties.
Personal data may be transferred and processed outside the participant's country of residence, subject to applicable data protection laws.

10. Liability Disclaimer
The Promoter is not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants; technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
In no event will the Promoter be liable for any damages or losses arising from or connected with this giveaway.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or any other causes beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, without prior notice.

12. Third-Party Terms
If the prize is provided by a third party, their terms and conditions may apply. The Promoter is not responsible for the actions or terms of third-party providers.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
