When you subscribe to World of Muma, you begin to earn points as you engage, share, and shop. For every $1 you spend, you'll earn 1 point, which can be redeemed as credit for purchases at checkout. As points accrue, a new door opens into upgraded rewards and new benefits as you move through tiers.
Your points are automatically credited to your balance. They are refunded with refunds, and won't apply to any items you choose not to keep.
First, log into your account, select your garments for purchase, copy your redemption code from the loyalty pop up in the bottom left corner, and move through to checkout, ensuring you paste it in the 'discount' box.
For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point, and with each tier, comes new benefits.
As you continue to earn points, you continue to move through Membership Tiers over a period of 12 months. And so, the more you spend in a year, the more points you accumulate and the closer you’ll move to progressing through Muma Tiers - Member, Muse, and Icon. You are able to check your level, and the expiry date of any credit in your World of Muma Loyalty pop-up.
